WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?
Kairos WorkReady & WorkWell is an employment support service for NDIS participants who want to prepare for work, find employment, transition into a job, or need disability-related support to keep their existing job. Our focus is measurable employment outcomes, capacity building, independence and continuity of support.

1. WORKREADY ACADEMY
“I want to work, but I’m not ready yet.”
Practical employment-readiness support through the Kairos Hub: CVs and applications, interview preparation, communication, workplace behaviour, digital skills, confidence, time management, travel training, personal presentation, money skills, teamwork and workplace expectations.
2. GET WORKING
“I’m ready to look for a job.”
Individualised support with employment goals, job searching, applications, interview preparation, employer engagement, job matching, workplace preparation and transition into employment. We coordinate with mainstream employment services where appropriate to avoid duplication.
3. STAY WORKING
“I have a job and need support to keep it.”
Our core Maintain Employment pathway. Employment coaching can address disability-related barriers through on-the-job coaching, workplace routines, task management, communication, confidence, feedback, workplace relationships, managing change and problem-solving.
4. JOB RESCUE
“My job is at risk.”
Targeted early intervention where a participant is experiencing performance concerns, attendance problems, workplace conflict, difficulty understanding duties, changes in routine or other disability-related barriers. Includes a Job Retention Action Plan and 30/60/90-day monitoring.
HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS
Every participant has clear employment goals and measurable outcomes. We monitor employment retained, hours worked, attendance, skills developed, confidence, workplace independence, barriers resolved and the level of support required. Where appropriate, an Employment Outcomes Report can demonstrate progress to the participant and their support network.
