2. Initial Interview & Credentialling – We’ll get to know you and review your documents.
3. Second Interview – A deeper conversation about your experience and fit for the role.
4. Induction – Learn about our values, policies, and the way we support our participants.
5. Onboarding and Internal Training – Complete your onboarding forms, employment contract, and assigned internal training courses. We’ll guide you through every step.
6. Shift Allocation – Once you’re all set, we’ll match you with shifts that suit your skills and availability.

As a Registered NDIS Provider, it is a mandatory requirement that each staff member completes the Workers Orientation Module covering human rights, respect, risk, and the roles and responsibilities of NDIS workers. The e-learning module is available on the NDIS Commission website.
Once you have completed the full program (approximately 90 minutes), you will receive a Completion Certificate. A copy of the Completion Certificate must be sent to [email protected] so this can be maintained on your employee/partner file.

02. Police Clearance (not longer than one year issued)
03. Working with Children Check (WWCC)
04. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
05. Manual Handling Certificate
06. Basics of Infection Prevention and Control certificate
07. 100pts Identification (drivers licence, medicare, passport, etc)
08. Car documents – comprehensive insurance and rego, if providing travel and transport
09. First Aid and CPR Certificates (preferred, but not required)
10. Qualification documents (JP-certified) and Association membership (AHPHRA, ACA, PACFA, ASW etc., if applicable
