NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
Police Clearance (not longer than one year issued)
Working with Children Check ( if applicable)
NDIS Worker Orientation "Quality, Safety and You" Module Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
Basics of Infection Prevention and Control certificate
100pts Identification - passport (70pts), driver's licence (40pts), medicare (25pts), etc.
Car documents – comprehensive insurance and rego, if providing travel and transport
First Aid and CPR Certificates
Qualification documents (JP-certified) or Certificate of Enrolment and
Association membership (AHPRA, ACA, PACFA, ASW etc., if applicable)
