Induction Program
Welcome to Kairos Care Team!
As part of your induction, please make sure you have submitted the following requirements:
Copy of CV/ resume
Kairos Care Application Form ( for staff)
Qualification documents ( depending on position in the company)
Association Documents ( AHPHRA, ACA, PACFA, ASW etc. )
Working with Children Check
Police Clearance (not longer than one year issued)
NDIS Workers Orientation Module Certificate
First Aid and CPR Certificates
100pts Identification (drivers licence, medicare, passport, etc)
NDIS Worker Screening Number
Covid Vaccination certificate
Additional Documents for Contractors/ partners
Signed Staff Handbook with NDIS Code of Conduct
Signed Non Disclosure/ Non circumvent Agreement
Signed Partnership Agreement

If you have any questions, please call Admin on 1300 351 610.
Once requirements have been completed, Admin team will provide you with your Company ID, Company name badge (for staff) and Printed Staff Handbook. You will also be asked to do a company induction to orient you with Kairos Care's policies and procedures, point of contacts, and a training on Kairos Care's systems.
For Partners, you will be requested to attend a zoom meeting to orient yourself with the company's policies and procedures and everything you need to know about us.
We will have a monthly Staff meeting/ catch up. Please stay tuned for more details.

Continuous Professional Development
As part of our commitment to your Continuous Professional Development (CPD), We will be offering a quarterly CPD training session for our staff and partners. These training session has corresponding CPD points that you can use as part of your CPD commitment to your Association. You will receive an email invitation from our training team for the next training session.

Kairos Care uses a patient management program called ShiftCare.
Your admin will send you your login details as part of your induction email.
