Our NDIS Services
About the NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for necessary and reasonable supports to eligible Australians with disabilities, to enhance their independence, skills, and quality of life and enable more time with family and friends.
The NDIS refers to a person receiving funding as a "participant".
Who delivers the NDIS:
- NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) - The NDIA determines NDIS eligibility and funding which outlines what supports and services are considered reasonable and necessary
- Early Childhood Partners: Supports children under 6 with developmental delays and children under 9 with disabilities.
- Local Area Coordinators (LAC) Partners: Local area coordination partners are community organisations funded to provide NDIS services for people with disabilities aged 9 to 64. They serve as the main NDIS contact.
- Remote Community Connectors: For support in remote areas.
