These programs promote positive experiences, confidence and self awareness that can contribute to developing your social skills, Our aim is to see you be more confident and to encourage a positive mindset.
We have groups running every 6 weeks which includes:
- Facing Anxiety Support group
- WEW ( Women encouraging women)
- Carer's Support Group
- Mindfulness & Relaxation Therapy
Our programs has been designed to suit wide variety of age groups from 16 and up.
