Community Nursing Care

Our Community Care Nurses are all qualified and experts in their field. The nursing team provides the following:

Continence supports
Pressure wound management
Diabetes management
Epilepsy management
Dysphagia
Prepare Clinical treatment plan

Community Nursing Care

Our registered and enrolled nurses can provide you assistance with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, wound management, medication management, monitoring symptoms & specialized care ( tube feeding, catheter & bowel care) following recommendations from your medical practitioner. They can also map out a careplan and provide dignified assistance to you in the comfort and privacy of your home. Care Nursing will depend on your needs to help you live independently with high quality of life as much as possible.

Clinical Training & Workshops

Our Clinical Nursing team are all experts in providing education to clinical and non clinical audience. From teaching you how to change wound dressing to teaching you how to administer new diabetes patches, we can definitely help you or your carer gain confidence in doing these tasks.
