Free Carers' Support Group Form
We know how challenging it is to look after a loved one with high needs 24 hours, 7 days a week. Good news is you do not have to go through it alone. We offer free group support sessions to all carers who need a listening ear and get that encouragement knowing that you can also be heard.
Please note that this is a free private support group and it's Kairos Care's way of giving back to the community. We believe that provision of care can be effective if carers feel supported and heard.
Our Free Carers's Support Group is available in two locations for your convenience:
* Caringbah (Wednesdays) - 12:30-2:30PM and 3:00-5:00PM
* Seven Hills (Thursdays) - 9:00-11:00AM and 1:00-3:00PM
Final dates will be made available depending on expressions of interest.
